The Shed

Independent Senior Living Communities
Meadowstone Place (MSP, DRB) – Dallas, Texas 140 unit Garden Style apartment community. The property built as condominiums in the late 1960s underwent a major renovation. The units are some of the largest independent living units in the area.
Parc Place (PPR, Parc)– Bedford, Texas. 38 units in a 5 story tower. The tower was previously a hospital that was renovated and converted to Parc Place. The tower is connected to the medical office building Park Plaza Office which is described in the office building section.

Third Rail Lofts
Downtown Dallas. There are three separate buildings that comprise Third Rail Lofts . This property was sold in March 2016.
1407 Main – 86 luxury apartments in a 9 story building located on the roof of a 9 story parking garage. The roof top deck includes a saline pool, spa, outdoor cooking area, fire pit and dog park.
