Spectrum Properties is a family-owned, Dallas based property development and management company that manages its own portfolio of properties. Having been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years, we have a solid track record of successful property development and management of Independent Retirement Communities, Apartment Communities, Professional Office Buildings, and a LTAC Facility. We believe in giving back to the metropolitan areas where we are located and are involved in many local charitable causes and public / private partnerships with the local municipalities. Our property development and management portfolio includes 20+ entities across the Southwest and Midwest.
Each property has a dedicated and experienced on-site leasing / management office to support the needs of the community. The on-site property management team at each location addresses the needs of residents, property maintenance, property marketing, and the cultivation of a community atmosphere. Our employees take pride and personal interest in what they do. The majority of Spectrum Properties’ employees have a long history with the company and its communities.
